Restaurant Lai Min is the most ancient Chinese restaurant of the island. Established since 1946, our mission is to deliver you “ The Perfect Taste” with the large varieties of our special dishes. Founded by Edmond Lai Min, the father, Restaurant Lai Min has been passed on to his sons, namely Laval Lai Min and from 1971 to now, under the management of Jean-Pierre Lai Min and Jean-Marc Lai Min.
